The HDV-MB02 is a high-performance 4K60 HDMI audio extractor and decoder that splits audio from an HDMI source to both optical (S/PDIF) and L/R analog stereo outputs. To maximize flexibility, it supports Bitstream-to-stereo downmixing, enabling surround formats (e.g., Dolby, DTS) to be decoded and output as analog stereo while still maintaining passthrough for HDMI and optical outputs.
It supports video resolutions up to 4K2K@50/60Hz (YUV 4:4:4), 10-bit HDR, and high-bit-rate HDMI audio formats such as Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master, and more. With a front-panel DIP switch, users can select between TV, Bitstream, or 2CH audio modes.
