Reliable playback for everyday digital signage
The NovaStar LCB2K is a compact multimedia player built for LCD advertising screens, menu boards, information displays and other commercial signage. It decodes H.264 and H.265/HEVC media up to 4K while delivering Full HD output through HDMI at up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz.
Publish and manage content from almost anywhere
Create a flexible signage network using Fast Ethernet or built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The LCB2K supports Wi-Fi AP and STA modes, allowing direct local connection or access through a router. Content publishing and screen control are available from compatible computers, smartphones and tablets, while remote monitoring helps simplify multi-location operation.
Smooth multi-zone playback
The LCB2K can play one 4K video, two 1080p videos, four 720p videos, four 480p videos or six 360p videos within its decoding capacity. This makes it well suited to layouts that combine video, images and other signage content.
Synchronize multiple screens
NTP time synchronization is supported as standard. GPS and RF synchronization are available when the specified optional hardware is installed. An optional NovaStar 4G module can also be added for compatible cellular deployments.
